The ICP 5000 DV is equipped with a large-area CCD sensor covering a spectral range of 165–900 nm, ensuring high resolution and precision in elemental analysis. Its advanced optical system enhances deep ultraviolet sensitivity, allowing superior detection of trace elements while minimizing spectral interference. The system’s thermo-electrically cooled CCD sensor reduces thermal noise, resulting in more stable and accurate measurements. Additionally, the high-speed simultaneous detection of up to 72 elements enables rapid and efficient analysis across various industries.
